Findings: Some wiring is improper and needs to be wired again. Devices with wiring that is too short need to be pulled again. First and Third floor have no power (owner needs to contact ComEd to verify account status for first and third floor; electrical contractor can correspond with ComEd with authorization from owner).

What’s Next: Devices will need to be left hanging until next inspection. Begin next phase of correcting improper wiring, correcting violations per documents and originally proposed scope of work below.
